Ecstatic Breathing Reflections Counseling RSVP only
Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. Please arrive promptly for orientation. Bring a pillow and blanket. This is breath meditation lasting approximately one hour, which promotes the expansion of consciousness. Cost is $10 or by donation.
Fridays at Noon. The cost is $20 or by donation. This meditation class combines several techniques including chanting, breathing and prostrations. Attendance is by RSVP only.
